Refund policy
RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY:
We will replace a faulty product if it is reported within 12 months of purchase. The product must be returned to our warehouse for inspection. We will then repair or replace your unit, with free return shipping. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping failures, including lost or damaged mail.
Should your order arrive damaged, please retain ALL PACKAGING, including the outer box/mailing bag, take detailed photos and videos, and contact us via email ASAP. This is very important in order to claim shipping insurance (prepaid) through our courier/mailing agent. The damaged item needs to be returned to our office for inspection. This will be arranged at our expense.
The Buyer is responsible for carrying out all tasks concerning the claim process, with our guidance - the shipping partners specify this. We will provide the details. Your damaged product will be replaced promptly as soon as we recieve the damaged item/s.
